Our Official Published Commercial Sales Policy November 2005

DELIVERY: Orders received before 10:00AM EST ship the same day. Orders received after 10:00AM EST ship the following day. Please let us know if you need a RUSH ORDER. We will do everything possible to accommodate your schedule. Delivery for goods not in stock is 2-3 weeks. We obviously attempt to keep stock of all goods. However, due to order fulfillment we may at times not have enough stock for large orders. If you give us the specific part numbers we'll quickly check and promptly let you know. We currently use UPS Ground Service for the majority of orders. For goods larger than UPS allows and large orders we use Yellow Freight. All shipping charges are quoted directly from UPS & Yellow Freight. If you have a contract with a preferred carrier, let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your way of doing business.

PAYMENT TERMS: Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only. We accept Visa & MasterCard, credit cards. Arrangements can also be made to accommodate checks, money orders, C.O.D., and Purchase Orders with credit approval and credit references. All orders must be prepaid or have a hard copy Purchase Order received before an item can ship.

FREIGHT CHARGES: All small quantity or small sized goods will be shipped via UPS standard (ground) service with the option of Next Day (overnight) or 2nd day at an additional cost. We can also use your shipper if you would like the charges to be billed directly to your company. Larger sized goods or quantity orders may require common carrier, for which we will bill you as soon as we know the actual charges. Shipping Time frame after order placement: We strive to ship All Orders within 48 hours. Goods that do not have special requirements or hardware will normally ship first.

PRICING: Pricing shown are current web/list pricing FOB: Origin, and are subject to change without notice. We will do our best at keeping things current in these fast paced times. All “store to door” type delivery services are subject to a charge, we shall (a) place the notation "Delivery Service Requested" on bills of lading covering such shipments, and (b) pay such charges and add the actual cost thereof as a separate line item to the invoice.

BACK ORDERS: If an ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted. We will advise you of the anticipated shipping date and you have the option of canceling your order if you do not wish to wait. We will do everything to minimize the inconvenience, suggest another size or configuration perhaps.

RETURNS: All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to restock all products, unless the return is warranty related or because the return was caused by an error on our part. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All returns must be properly packaged in its original packaging and clearly marked with the RMA# on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for merchandise damaged as a result of improper packaging.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT: Products may be returned within 10 days of invoice, providing all products returned are authorized by us, and accompanied by our Return Material Authorization (RMA#). Product returned must be in new, unused, unaltered condition and in it's original packaging. You can obtain an RMA# by calling us at (541) 408-3563, and asking for the appropriate information needed for the return.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued after inspection that the item returned is in re-salable condition. We will then credit your card or account the amount of the original invoice. (We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping and apply a restocking charge of 10%).

LIMITED WARRANTY: All products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall we, be liable for any claim for incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection, manufacture, delivery or use of any product offered on this web site. At our option, we, will repair or replace the defective product. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, i.e.: UPS, FED EX, etc. A claim to repair or replace the case must be initiated by the recipient.

Do you, accept International orders? Not at the present time, we currently only ship to the Continental United States (CONUS), however, special arrangements can be made to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and Canada under particular conditions...please feel free to contact us with your specific needs.
