This 2007 Pricelist governs the use of
GovREX.com's "Method" of Contract Management Services

| At GovREX.com, We work on a Monthly
Subscription Retainer basis,
with a signed
Services
Agreement for $300.00
per Month, which purchases use for one (1) Month, of GovRex.com's
"Method" of Marketing and Selling to The U.S. Federal Government
Marketplace, and particularly the General Services Administration
(GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS),
Contract Management Services; as well as related user instructions,
proprietary content, reviewing and responding with opinion regarding content, and any
telephone or other support services. |
In consideration for your one year commitment, We
will work on an
Annual Subscription Retainer basis, with a signed
and executed
Annual
Service Agreement for $3000.00 per Year. This represents a discount from
the Standard current GovREX.com monthly Rate. |

addition to the Retainer, |
In consideration for your Annual Service Agreement
commitment to sustain billable services every month at a 20 /hour -
$800.00 minimum level; All Services will be provided at the reduced rate
of $40.00 /hour. This represents a discount from the Standard current
GovREX.com billable Rate. |
| Our Standard Rates are
currently $60.00 / hour for Market Consulting and Direct Sales Services,
and $45.00 /hour for Administrative Staff Support Services. Invoices for
billable hours are sent Monthly. NET 30days. |

1) Pre-Qualification Services Step
One is FREE and is not subject to associated fees chargeable to you. The
proceeding Pre-Qualification Steps will involve billable time.

Post Award Compliance Services which
have associated fees chargeable to you include: preparation of timely
reporting requirements and modification changes. |
|
2) Proposal Preparation Services
which have associated fees chargeable to you include: Data retrieval
and document assembly, data manipulation work, final document
preparation and submittal, actual Contract negotiation and Best and
Final Offer preparation. |
5) Marketing & Sales Support Services
which have associated fees chargeable to you include: time plus actual
production and distribution costs. |

Schedule Pricelist Maintenance and Update Services
which have associated fees chargeable to you include:
Authorized Schedule and pricelist/spreadsheet editing services.
GSAAdvantage input and maintenance.

Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Services are also available at
rates commensurate with complexity of skills required to accomplish the
task. We will be glad to discuss your needs. |
