The  Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a pre negotiated contract between suppliers and the Government  for goods and / or    services for a fixed price awarded by The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS)  A Contract allows you to efficiently Market and Sell your goods and services to the U.S. Government Marketplace.   It is the best “hunting license” a manufacturer or supplier can have  for the Government Marketplace, and all Prime Contractors can use it as well.

The REX is the Man who has Prepared and Submitted, Negotiated, Managed and Administered, several Successful Contracts through the last several years. HE CAN DO THE SAME FOR YOU!!!

What is a GSA Contract... ? ...And What is the GovREX.com "Method"?

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a pre negotiated contract between a supplier and the government for goods and / or services for a fixed price. Contract period is for one year, and is renewable for up to five years. Prices can be changed upon renewal or lowered at any time. New items can be added. Discontinued items can be deleted. Dealers can participate. To become a GSA Schedule contractor, a contractor must first submit an offer in response to the applicable GSA Schedule solicitation.

GovREX.com's "Method" is a Service Solution to address the challenges of Marketing and Selling to The U.S. Federal Government Marketplace; and particularly their General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Contract Management Services, as well as related user instructions, proprietary content, and any telephone or other support services (hereafter referred to as the "Method").

The "Method" consists of 5 separate parts
(hereafter referred to as a "Process" or "Processes")
defined as:
1) Pre-Qualification,
2) Proposal Preparation,
3) Schedule Pricelist Maintenance and Modification,
4) Post-Award Compliance,
5) Marketing & Sales Support Services.

Each Process involves numerous and varied incremental steps (hereafter referred to as the "Steps").

"Getting on Schedule" for us means the ability to respond to the Solicitation correctly and being awarded the Contract.

When can you expect to get one, and how long will it take... ?

Our experience tell us that it can take upwards of a year and as little as 6 months more or less, before you can expect an award; and another several weeks to prepare the Schedule Pricelist and the GSA Advantage catalog listings uploads. Your Contract will then need to be administrated and maintained for the life of the contract which is usually 5 years.

If you have always wanted to sell more, into a new marketplace, but were afraid of how complicated it is...or how much it will cost...

Please, consider letting us help...NOW.

Why would want one...?...and Why Not?

It is the single best sales tool that your company can have! New government regulations are directing the “Contracting Officers” to utilize this negotiated contract, and as of Jan 2004, many State & Local Government activities can buy off several different contracts as well.
GovREX.com can assist your company in obtaining a GSA Contract. You can have selected dealer participation or take the orders direct. A sales plan can be designed and implemented to conform to your existing sales program. Having a GSA Contract makes it easier for the Government to buy from you and eliminates much of the repetitive and competitive process. All the buyer has to do is place the order with your company. No bids are required. You go through the “competitive process” just once with the GSA, and then you are on the schedule for all Government Agencies and activities to buy from on a pre-negotiated pricing structure.

What does a GSA Contract mean to the Government?
Less paper work and faster action on a purchase request. Per a recent General Accounting Office (GAO) study "an average of 51 days faster". They can buy what is specified (no “or equal”) if the requisition calls for your products, the chances are they will buy them from you. In a similar study the actual “dollar savings” were shown to be minimal in the “competitive bid” procedure, so the net savings in the “best interest of the government” were better when a GSA Contract Schedule was utilized.
Because this process is less time consuming for the “buyers” they will “buy off the schedule” every time they can.
