PURCHASING/CONTRACTS ASSISTANT
Functional Responsibility: Monitors performance for conformance to
original proposal, maintains continual reviews to ensure that all
terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance
with legal requirements, customer specifications and government
regulations. Prepares special reports and analyses as required. May
provide work leadership for lower level personnel. Issues contract
and financial program documents. Prepare bids, process
specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that
may be required.
